Since 1999, we’ve been Parker’s hidden retreat for relaxation and renewal, blending the tradition of Russian banya with modern massage, hot tubs, and skin treatments to support your total well-being.
Hot Tubs, Massage, Russian Banya (Sauna), & a Variety of Skin Treatments
Nestled quietly in Parker Colorado since 1999 and revamped in 2021 to merge traditional Russian banya and bodywork with new and modern skin treatments and pain relief. The cozy private rooms are perfect for letting one of our skilled therapists pamper, detox, and rejuvenate your body with a blend of unique treatments like hot tub soaks, therapeutic massage, Russian banya, and a variety of pain relief and skin treatments.
All of our treatments are available for couples and digital gift certificates are easily purchased by phone and emailed either to you or to your recipient.
Our private rooms are clean and cozy and equipped with a two-person hot tub, two-person sauna, a shower, and 1 to 2 massage tables. Tranquil music and soft lighting set the mood for complete relaxation.
The Russian Banya
This traditional heat treatment and cornerstone of Izbushka Spa is not only relaxing and rejuvenating it is detoxifying and a perfect way to prep skin for any of our masks or polishes. Upon entering our dry sauna you will instantly feel the warmth start to melt your stress away and soften tense muscles.
With a perfect blend of essential oils and water poured over the rocks we create a soothing, steamy aromatherapy experience. Oak leaves which are made into whisks or brooms (venik) are then used to brush and tap the body delivering heat to the muscles, and opening pores to promote sweating (detox) and exfoliate the skin. A layer of pure honey is then slathered on to melt into the skin killing germs and leaving skin clean and baby soft.

Our Therapy Services
In addition to therapeutic massage, our treatments incorporates varying combinations of hot tub sessions, Russian banyas, and body masks or body polishes.
Hot Tub Therapy
Our two person, sparkling, in room hot tubs are an excellent way to start relaxing and soften muscles to optimize your time on the massage table and ease pain associated with deep tissue massage. Add Epsom salt and aromatherapy for a truly luxurious experience.
Head Spa
This indulgent treatment combines relaxation/stimulating/exfoliating scalp massage paired with hydrotherapy jets, steam and aroma therapy. This unique treatment is a must try!
Banya
Traditional Russian Heat Treatment that takes place in the Sauna.
Massage
1 hour or 90-minute massage.
